As part of continuous initiatives people and organizational development under the five point value creation strategy, Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) been introduced. ELP is a talent pool programme aimed in ensuring leadership continuity for key position in creating value proposition to attract and retain the best talent. ELP is also a structured process in identifying, developing and ultimately retaining high potentials. 

 

UEM Group is inviting all employees to participate in the program with the following prerequisites :

  • All prospective candidates should have at least a degree and have served the company for a minimum of 12 months.

  • Nominated candidates must be in grade UE4/UP1-UE2 (previously E5-E7).

  • All prospective candidates must demonstrates genuine interest in the long term success of the Group and embrace the UEM Group's shared values.

  • Prospective candidates must be high performing members of the organization and have achieved a minimum overall PMS rating of the 3 and above for the past 1-3 years. Candidates who have been subjected to disciplinary action or poor performance rating will not be eligible.

  • RGSTF scholars who have completed the one year required working experience (6 months group exposure and 6 months at the permanent company) would be nominated to the TMP. The will be subjected to the same entry requirements.
