As part
of continuous initiatives people and organizational development
under the five point value creation strategy, Emerging Leadership
Program (ELP) been introduced. ELP is a talent pool programme
aimed in ensuring leadership continuity for key position in
creating value proposition to attract and retain the best talent.
ELP is also a structured process in identifying, developing and
ultimately retaining high potentials.
UEM
Group is inviting all employees to participate in the program with
the following prerequisites :

All
prospective candidates should have at least a degree and have
served the company for a minimum of 12 months.

Nominated
candidates must be in grade UE4/UP1-UE2 (previously E5-E7).

All
prospective candidates must demonstrates genuine interest in
the long term success of the Group and embrace the UEM Group's
shared values.

Prospective
candidates must be high performing members of the organization
and have achieved a minimum overall PMS rating of the 3 and
above for the past 1-3 years. Candidates who have been
subjected to disciplinary action or poor performance rating
will not be eligible.

RGSTF
scholars who have completed the one year required working
experience (6 months group exposure and 6 months at the
permanent company) would be nominated to the TMP. The will be
subjected to the same entry requirements.
